Refund Methodology

Additional Guidelines
Extra payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted against future purchases. Policy amendments may occur due to changes in legislation. Customers not in agreement with our refund policy are advised not to utilize our services.

EU-Specific Guidelines
While the EU provides a 14-day withdrawal right, our refund policy is even more lenient. Refunds may be requested based on our discretionary policy, provided no credit from your plan has been used prior to the refund request.
